研究领域:

主要从事真菌多样性研究,包括物种多样性、基因组多样性、真菌内生细菌多样性及对宿主功能的影响。重点开展以下几方面的研究:

1、 捕食线虫真菌内生细菌多样性及对捕器等功能的影响

2、 真菌内生固氮菌及对非固氮植物氮源获取的贡献研究

3、 各种生境或特有植物中内生真菌多样性及影响因子
